Wall repair — invisible patching, not just paint-over.

Holes, cracks and damage in walls patched professionally. Including filling, sanding and minor paint touch-ups — ideal for move-out and hand-over.

In every wall repair

  • Drill holes, anchor holes and small damage filled
  • Smooth, sanded surface after drying
  • Colour-matched touch-up with wall paint
  • Floor and furniture protected with film
  • Dust vacuumed — no trace in the home
  • Result invisible from 30 cm away

What wall repair done right means

Filling a hole is easy. Filling it so you can't see it afterwards is craft. The difference is in the detail: the right filler for the substrate (plaster, render, drywall), two thin coats not one thick, sanded clean, sponge-blended — and then the exact wall colour over it, thinly, with the right roller.

On larger holes (anchors that have torn out) we mesh-tape, on drywall cracks we use mesh filler with elastic compound — otherwise the crack comes back in 6 months. On old-building plaster we work with soft lime mortar that moves with the substrate.

The result: from normal distance, the repaired spot can't be found. Your property manager sees no reason for a deduction, your new tenant sees an intact wall.

Four steps to invisible repair

Survey

We check which damage actually needs repair — and which doesn't.

Fill

Two thin coats, each lightly sanded, perfectly flush.

Sand

Fine sanding until level with the wall — sponge-blended edge.

Paint

Matching colour, thin coat — ideal with the original paint.

Wall repair — the move-out insurance in Zurich

In Zurich every flat hand-over comes with an inspection report. Drill holes, anchor holes and small damage are the most common item — and often billed by the landlord at heavily inflated rates. A wall repair from us costs a fraction and removes the discussion entirely.

Common questions

Do drill holes really have to be repaired at move-out?

In most Swiss tenancy agreements, yes — unless the property manager waives it explicitly. We repair so nothing is visible.

Can you match the wall colour?

If you still have original paint (in the basement from the previous coat): perfect. If not, we mix to a swatch — usually very good, but for large areas we recommend painting the whole wall.

What does a typical move-out repair cost?

5–10 holes in one room: CHF 90–140. A full 3-room flat: CHF 280–420 depending on damage.

How long until the wall can be painted again?

Filler dries in 2–4 hours, then sand, then paint. A standard repair in one room takes 2–3 hours total including drying.
